How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

I took screenshots for a show I did, and the lot trait effect not going away with hideheadlines (or the heart icon for parents in labor) really annoys me. :( I also had to remove the lot traits since it was inconsequential to the show anyway.
