They are a life stage if you are lvl 10 gardening and collect all the beans and go into a tree and eat the fruit inside it or something like that. You become a plant sim for a sim work week and then your sim needs things like water and sun instead of food and sleep. If they don't get water they pass out until another sim comes and waters them lol
