How to make money in the sims besides jobs?

I don't think this is meant to happen, but...
Make a tiny house and make sure you set the residential to tiny house.
Use the roof wind mills, they make the most power. 4 or 3 should do it.
Use 1 or 2 dew collectors.
Buy a small amount of cheap furniture.
Set lot to off the grid.
Set the NAP power conservation.
Set the NAP water recycling.
Your bills will pay you...
