I have sims 4 steam version can I buy a free kit from marketplace

I have bought sims 4 base game and sims 4 dlc from steam and I have already linked my steam and ea account and I have read that a sims 4 kit is free for limited time in marketplace and I am thinking of buying it will it be compatible with my steam bought sims 4 base game and dlc s and will marketplace ask for payment info even if kit is free can anybody help me.

    Well your Steam account is linked to your EA account so it doesn't matter which platform you got The Sims 4 through. It will be in the Markerplace for Free.

    Claiming the Kit does not ask for payment details. You will only ever need to enter payment details if you are purchasing Moola.

    Hi aloriasanjay​, all you have to do to claim the free kit is open your game. Go to the Marketplace, go to Free and claim the free kit and it will install into your game.

    thank you for telling me the claim process but i'm worried since I bought sims 4 base game and dlc from steam will this free kit be compatible with them and do sims 4 in game marketplace will ask for payment info even claiming this free kit can somebody help me with these questions?

    Thank you again but are you sure it will be compatible with steam bought sims 4 base game and dlc and payment details won't be asked for claiming this free for limited time sims 4 kit on sims 4 in game marketplace.

    I am sure yes. You simply have to click on the free kit in the marketplace and claim it and it will download.
