You call it babysitting. I call it playing the game. The Sim acts upon what they learned. To fix your sim you can cheat the skill back to zero along with the character stuff. However if you have MCCC you can choose to forbid certain interactions. I used it to turn off mean and mischievous interactions in my game. My Sims can gain skill and it affects character values only if I cue up the action. They will not be mean or mischievous autonomously.
