Jesus Christ, not to bring up an old discussion but not only is this issue still happening, but it's also happening to sims who should under no circumstances be performing these mean interactions. Literally, these sims were two friends, both with the good trait, and both were in a good mood. Neither was there a NAP in place, but they were still autonomously insulting one another. This is a ridiculous autonomy issue. I don't want to turn off autonomy with MCCC or in-game options (then I'd really be babysitting these sims and I like random townies in the world being pricks) but this is getting out of hand.
