Have them live in one of those apartments in CL where their neighbors party and wake them while they are sleeping ..... lol..... I tried knocking on the neighbors door to get them to stop, but I guess they were too busy partying because they never came to the door like they were supposed to, so I could ask them to stop.
The blaring speakers should wake them I would think, though I notice computers no longer do.
