Simple things? Okay...
Give us the bulldoze lot button back in Manage Worlds!
Put the top of the old windmill in Strangerville back in the hidden objects menu. It's been missing since they gave us the 'showliveeditobjects' cheat. We have the tower, but not the top! I like the wind turbines in EL, but I'd love to have an older, vintage one for run down/rustic/dystopian builds.
Unhide the career outfits category in CAS so we can dress our own Sims outright when they join a career instead of needing a cheat to do it.

Everything else I can think of at the moment isn't simple, for example; holding hands while walking together, body hair, kids can ride bikes, slow dancing, EL pack/patch fixes (looking at you gardening) etc., so that's it for now. :)
