I'd say Selvadorada. For the following reasons:
- Treasures! Golden plates and Idols and whatnot... A good reason for conquest.
- I do not see too many Selvadorada natives in other worlds, but Sulani natives are always everywhere. And for me personally it's very annoying. Also you'll have to deal with pro/anti-eco activists.
- For Sulani you need to actually moving houses which could be bothersome and leading to some minor bugs. For Selvadorada you'll need to pay but that's probably more realistic since expeditions/warfare would demand tones of money
- Unfortunately later expansions are way much more buggy. So for me Sulani = more bugs/annoying behavior (constant shells digging, plants observing, stealing canoes from nowhere, unwanted visitors, ridiculous festival clothing to name a few) than Selvadorada
