Seems like they are throwing this sale up to test the waters, see how many actually will not buy new content now that button is there when the chips are down or if they only said they wouldn't.

Thing is, if you get the content and play the game, that button is still there, flashing and all. So that content would be as useful as ice cubes in Antarctica.
