I've had it on and off for ages, but mostly I attributed it to mods I use. Which, now I see was unfair of me. The mods have all been updated for Cottage Living, but the problem is now far worse. It is quite distracting I have to say. Most likely I will soldier through it anyway. I don't have any other games to play.
