Is there a way to set make sims look as good ingame as CAS?

In CAS sims have so much detail but when you go into game mode they lose all of it... I have everything set to ultra (because it auto defaulted that way so I'm assuming it's not my graphics card) I'...
create a sim

I think they technically have the same features as in CAS, but because they're so expressive in-game, they lose their "good looks" and instead go to looking like caricatures of what you thought you created.
