Is there any purpose to the color likes and dislikes?
I have read in several locations that the color choices don't affect sims. Is there any purpose to the color likes and dislikes?

Sims can talk about their favorite colors and argue about preferences, especially kids. I've made some households where the sims have opposite tastes though more so with music. It mainly seems to just add more detail about sims. I'm glad that I don't have to arrange everything according to their favorite colors but getting a positive or negative buff based on a like or dislike would be good. I've seen the positive buff.
I've added likes and dislikes to about 75% of households then I've been letting the game add them to some. At some point, I'll do the rest. It's more about adding another layer of character development to them for me. I kind of had preferences for them before but now they are clearer.
