@SelinaKyles don't underestimate cc creators, but we also have a lot of assets in-game to use. We don't need brand new exclusive stuff for every single world we create.
Then it would be no different than the world save files people upload for others to download in place of Willow Creek or Newcrest.
If they don’t include new things it would be “Create” a world.
