Is this part of "bad manners"?

My sim keep shouting forbidden words at his sibling and his gf, I checked his personality traits no he doesn't have the mean phase trait he used to have it before though..

He does have the distant phase now, his bad manners is all way up though I like him barping and farting autonomously I want him to be this way but I dont want him to be mean or shout forbidden words at his sibling or lover..

So is being mean is part of "bad manners" if so then I need the fastest way to reduce it..
