July Patch Speculation 2019 (Coming July 16th) (Now Released)

Normally I'd wait till close to a new month but I want the gurus to see this so maybe they have time to implement these fixes. This is what I'm hoping to see fixed. From the June Update Brok...

I'm really disappointed that the patch notes don't mention any fix for the terrain paint saving issues that are occurring post-IL. I can't build anything because I don't know if the terrain paint is going to be saved or not.
