July Patch Speculation 2023 (Patch Is Now Live)

If we are getting some representation of native Americans in the pack, we will probably also get some in the update before it.

Possibly.

The Patch should be dropping in 2 weeks. I wonder what it will add to the base game.

I fear that the patch will again only focus on the lamentable state of the Gallery.

I strongly believe the new ceiling will be in the Base on Tuesday July 18th or close to that.?

I think some native American representation like hair because in some CAS leak we don't see some hair but in trailers we do.

I actually think we may get the patch this Friday (the 14th). That's when the Livestream is, and the patch frequently (though not allways, by any means) drops on the same day as the livestream.

I'm really hoping for some nice Native American representation. Presumably plains or pueblo, based on the geography of the world we've seen. (that and plains and pueblo fall most into what people think of with "Native American")

And, I know it's unlikely, but maybe... just maybe we'll get a slight expansion on household size to accomodate all the pets.
And the ceiling painting. I'm looking forward to that in ways I can't articulate.

DaWaterRat, I disagree with you about Native Americans. I grew up on the east coast, and Native Americans to me are the Seminoles (Florida), Cherokee (lived near several in Tennessee and have a relative from a reservation in West Virginia), etc. Last of the Mahicans is an extremely popular movie and shows Eastern Native Americans. I live in California now and use a Native American clinic for my doctors. The Natives in this area look closer to Navajoes. I would love an expansion on household size. When they came out with Pets for Sims2, pets had their own tier. You could actually click on them to see their motives. That was a great feature!

No, there is always a pre-pack patch that is related to the pack. If it's only on the Gallery, I'd be gobsmacked.
