Just why?
Why can independent toddlers not get out of bed or off a chair by themselves? They call an adult to come down 4 flights of stairs to set them down on the floor. I might expect it from clingy toddle...
The toddler can already walk and climb stairs. Just when they have to get out of any regular chair or their bed, they call an adult to put them down. They also want to be carried to the potty even tho they already have potty skill. They even do this with the "hates being carried" quirk. i dont understand why.
Does this happen with all your toddlers with the independent trait? I have never had this happen with any of my toddlers, regardless of their specific trait, so maybe its a bug.
I have to agree, I've never had this happen, either. My Rock Star Sim in another iteration prior to the one I'm writing about now, had six children. Count 'em 6. I've never run into such a predicament. My guess is, it's a bug.
These toddlers are like latchkey kids. Just make sure there's some food available for them, they have high skills and are potty trained. You don't even have to leave a note in most cases! They can take care of themselves. They are very self-sufficient unlike in the real. I noticed this years ago!
