The ability to repair & hopefully resell. I smell a home business. A yard full of stuff, like Sanford & Son! (for you young people, it was a television show).

love the unpainted sheetrock wall in the garage! All the carts with "stuff". Hot water heater, electric box and functioning floor fan.

The fridge with magnets, drawings and calendar. Cereal boxes, grocery bags and open lunch boxes. Are those new cabinets?
