There is a chance the 4 likes/dislikes are randomly set for each gig, meaning they are not even added to the personality system. I might just be a way to make he gigs more like a challenge, and vary it a bit, but where did they say those preferences will be the same the next time they get a gig from the Pancake household? I'll not hold my breath.
