Considering that you potentially could wohoo in any shower (just the ones in this pack would be very stupid), do you think it'll be university exclusive or is it maybe one of the things we could expec...

True I don't think Shower Woohoo is coming for free in a patch. You have to buy Discover Universites to get it.
If shower woohoo can be performed in any shower, it would require that it come in the patch to the base game. If it is limited to that one shower stall, then, no, it will probably not be in the patch.
