Do you ever give a townie or a premade sim a makeover??? I've changed their hair and changed their clothes. They are always happy with the results.

I do all the time. Mostly I make subtle changes, like when you go into CAS a lot of premades' eyebrows and other features are really weird or over-exaggerated.
