Speaking as a person with dyspraxia (and possibly also ADHD), I think this is a good idea but there is a problem in that if you assigned the traits that we already have that could work as a representation of neuro-diversity, you would also have fewer slots for other traits. It's an unfortunate flaw of the system. Incidentally, the same is true of the diet traits i.e. vegetarian or lactose intolerant.
