Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I got my game in 2019 i have all boxes of my dlc but after Origin was discontinued I lost them all. Ive tried all my accounts altrought i have still been logged onto the one i created in 2019. Ive tried submitting ticket on ea help center and I have the identification key but after two or more weeks they still havent responded and the case dont show in the My Cases category.  Over 250$ gone, and I cant revive it. Theres no help from the EA to resolve this and after over 4 years I still havent heard a single message from them
