Good catch; that does seem to be a residential lot with active vendors! I wonder how far this goes? Can we finally have vendors on any type of lot? Can we have other types of NPC workers on all types of lots as well (bartenders, buskers, etc.)? Maybe I won't need LittleMsSam's Auto Employees mod anymore!
Oh, that would be nice - vendors everywhere! Also, pls allow us to set the price when hiring them. §100 is a bit much when just buying a tomato...
