That hair has nothing on the 80's hair. They liked their perms and defined curls back then and that hair is barely wavy. I must say that it looks good on Bob, makes him look like a rocker.

If I really had to choose, I'd give my vote to the 90s, but the 80s definitely have a special place in my heart, too.

Ha! Yep, it's like your 80s hair when your perm had collapsed and before you styled it for the day. I recall it far too well :D
