YES they have - but for some reason our Northern neighbors got it cheaper than all the rest of us until it finally got changed - so now they call it a price increase when it was always supposed to be the equivalent of 39.99 - which was also the price of Sims 3 eps as well when they were being produced. Here in the USA since Sims 3 we have paid 39.99 for all the eps until they stopped producing them. Sims 4 eps are and always have been listed as 39.99 USA dollars.
