Open world totally breaks immersion for sure

The away feature sends Sims in rabbit holes especially for babies. So that is a quite common one. I put Sims 3 and 4 on equal terms with rabbit holes and with needing mods.
I don't know why those hidden lots remind me of rabbit holes too at least to get into some of them. It reminds me so much of WA with those. I think a lot of ideas from Sims 3 carried over to the Sims 4. I don't know, I don't find Sims 3 and 4 that different from each other personally in a lot of different ways. I still think Sims 2 did the best not breaking immersion for me. It was nice having time freeze so I didn't have to miss out what was happening to family members while a Sim was on a community lot. Sorry for bringing rabbit holes up.
