Options with Toddler when both parents are working?

Are there options with toddlers while both parents need to go to work? I'm still fairly inexperienced with toddlers but; in the past I have had them swap off and resorted to taking vacation days wher...

It can be pretty entertaining to play as the toddler and either watch the frustration as the nanny does NOTHING to help you, or cause mayhem as the toddler and give the nanny a run for her money! >:)
