I'm hoping there is some bug fixes that haven't been included in the patch notes. It's disappointing to see no fix for the cooking instead of grabbing left overs, the resetting plants and others equally as annoying.
Heck would even take eating sitting out on the counter instead of making a new meal fix. It looks like a buffet in the kitchen as everyone serves their own meals.
There's a mod from littlemssam (i hope i wrote it well) that fixes that bug. It's on her/his small random mods. I've already tested it after the patch and it still works perfectly.- > @duhboy2u2 said:
I'm hoping it gets fixed once I purchase and install the new game pack. "EveryDaySim;c-17782301" wrote:
Haven't been able to play since the Eco Living patch because gardening is broken. Eco Living came out in JUNE!
Does Origin repair even work again yet?
This is what passes for a live service, and it's a joke. Many players are more than patient, and this is what we get?
Stuff like this is why I don't even bother spending with this company any more. What's the point of getting in deeper, and making things even worse?
When is the product we purchased going to get the fixes it needs?
I experienced one of the worst times ever with the Eco pack and it took me ages to sort it out but it was only solved by using magneticSouth's mods that literally stopped all the behaviours that came with the pack so finally i could keep my content and today I can even play community lots as long as i don't trigger the voting and ignore it. If you don't mind using mods take a look on the following link.
scroll halfway down the page and you will see
NAP Overhaul All In One mod and that's the one you need. Despite it stating it was last updated for the snowy pack the creator confirmed tonight that the mods are compatible with today's patch.

Edit: Ugh, I tried sending him to a different location in San Myshuno, and it crashed a fourth time! - SEREFRAS5 years agoLegendAfter I updated my game & gave my current sim a brave trait, she was able to go to the Food Festival & back home.
I never use mods & I click on Repair after each update. - TTNcreates5 years agoSeasoned AceThe scared emotion doesnt seem to do much. A few interactions here and there. Not what I inagined. Also, some of the converted buffs, like getting scared for four hours from the candy bowl, dont make much sense. I prefer having it rather than not having it though.

Also did you try remove mods? - LiELF5 years agoLegend@Rouensims see if your Origin needs an update. Close it out completely by going into task manager to make sure everything is shut down and then start it up again.
After I patched and repaired my game, I started it up and it ran horribly. It was choppy, lagging, stuttering...so I closed it to troubleshoot, went into firewall to make sure both Origin and Sims 4 were clear, went to start the game again and Origin had a quick, tiny update. My game ran perfectly fine after that.
I think Origin has been really wonky lately and is causing some trouble for people. - PurrfectMediocre5 years agoSeasoned Ace

It has definitely been problematic. After updating Sims, I got an error that essentially said I didn't own the game. What?! :# I repaired Sims and tried again with no luck. It was closing Origin and updating it that ended up solving the issue.
