Playable Infected Sims

Right now I'm only playing with the "infected" wife of the main character and it's fun. Did you know they can still woohoo and try for baby lol?
There are other things that have stood out like don't send your possessed sim to garden normal plants... won't spoil it more than that.. but just don't.
I haven't seen all the interactions because it's side play but still.
Oh and just in case if you have a new born.. not sure if it's a good idea to just have an infected adult in the household as they can't care for the baby. I guess that's a spoiler and frankly for a baby to be taken away in that instance would make sense but I can see people getting upset about it.
I'm planning on making a sim that has a "herd" of infected basically a cult leader type also but I'll save that for later.
I also want to play on the dark side and go another way for the story end...
