For future reference:
If you own Get Famous you have the option to order crystals via the computer (possibly phone too) for use with the Celestial Crystal Crown (skilling/needs helmet thing).
If you own Realm of Magic then the potion ingredient vendor has a variety of crystals on rotation too.
