I recently started playing a rich family where the father was a mafian and his son was actually a transgender. He didn't like it so he took him to a psychologist and then I sent the son to his mommy so she could hug him and tell him it is OK. Then I played just with the 2. I totally forgot about the father. He almost died of hunger. Oops.
