Please, Consider Non Mandatory Content Updates

Just as suggestion. Many of us have enjoyed free content updates. However, many would prefer these to never be mandatory. Is there some sort o agreement that all free content must be installed into...

Something like adding another Free packs for the free stuff update, so people can opt to not download it, I dont download the free anniversary packs or whatever that is called in my account.
