Possible Hazmat Bug?

My Sim keeps changing into her hazmat suit to do yoga. It's not set to any of her outfits or even in her inventory. It's in the household inventory. Is this a known bug? I haven't been able to find anything. If anyone knows about this and, hopefully, how to make it stop, I'd appreciate some advice.

Update: The problem seems to have fixed itself... for now. It was happening to multiple characters in the same household, replacing their athletic outfit. Still not sure why. However, when they came back from things that changed them into uniforms, they could do yoga and meditation just fine in their selected outfits. I don't know why it happened and I can only assume it may happen again. Hopefully, eventually, we can learn why, and how it can be prevented.

Do you have bees, mites? Believe when the insects get crazy, there may be hidden or fitness skills. If yoga has hidden or fitness skills, maybe they think they are in the same outfit?
