Potential return of Wants and Fears in High School Years

People on Twitter are running with this caption on an official Sims Instagram post. It explicitly says wants & fears. What do you think? If this is not the case, I highly urge a clarification by a Sim...

they're talking so many things i always considered should be base game update that tbh I'm getting worried some of it isn't

like for example i wouldn't want something like wants and fears to be pack only because then our sims are stuck with just wanting and fearing things in that particular pack
