Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

@DragonAge_300905 I opened a case on the EA Help site yesterday, wrote again today, but haven't heard anything. If I don't get a response by later tonight or tomorrow morning, I'll try the chat option. Thanks for the suggestion. ?
