Purchsed wrong code for Christmas

Hello,  I purchsed my daughter a code for Sims Life and Death from Amazon but it's for Xbox.  It should have been for PC.  Do we contact EA about it or Amazon?  Am I out f luck and need to sell it a...

You'll need to contact Amazon customer service. I purchased the wrong code once on Amazon and received a refund.
