Just read about each symptom (at Car’s sims) and look at the thought bubbles of the patient even when the doctor isn’t with them. Sometimes you have to take a chance on a couple outcomes. Make sure you do all the procedures you can, it narrows the choices. I think you just have to make the right diagnoses.
