Restaurant incomplete

I played the lot before with no problem. Tonight I sent a couple there to eat, but I got a error code and when checking the lot in map view, there was a n orange warning icon and text "restaurant incomplete" . I have the ECO pack, and though the "steal and steal" NAP was reactivated somehow, although I checked every residential hood to remove it). When I entered the restaurant in build mode, I found no essential object missing and in the category drop down menu there was no warning. I then returned to my game, and found that the couple was actually on the "corrupted" lot.

The code is 123:20ece5dd:4b0dc024. Anyone knowing what is going on?

    I did some research, found the ea forum thread about not using CC tables in restaurants. I'll try to fix that - if this was caused by new setting added to EA tables, that older CC tables don't have, I'd really wish EA would add an icon to the objects in catalog, or tell us in some other way, because how on earth are we supposed to find out this? I also would like to know *why* EA dining tables were re-coded. I feel sorry for CC creators wasting hours on creating new tables not knowing they won't work in restaurants...
