Yes. It is definitely the ring out customers task that isn't working. My employee is maxed out and happy and does the other tasks I give her without issue. When I ask her to ring out customers, she will walk over to the customer and pull out her tablet (after finishing her conversation) and then just talk to the customer instead. Then she walks away while the customer still has the sign above his head. This happens every time.
