Scenario Help

I'm doing the cook out one. I've tried it 3 times and every time I get everything except fried fish plate. It's not counting the fried fish. I can't find anything that says fried fish PLATE. But I did make the fried fish twice impeccable and once excellent. Is there something I am missing?

    My sim is a level 10 cook... I have the "fried fish" option both while cooking and while grilling... but it never gives me an option to cook a party serving. I'm losing my mind here and have made dozens of excellent quality fried fishes. Anyone found a fix for this that's NOT "using a stove"?
