Seasons or Discover University?

I have both expansions in question. But, I prefer University. I think it's the best Uni EP we've had. I do enjoy having seasons in my game, but my goodness it rains nearly all summer long and blizzards occur too often. I could shut them off, but why have an EP then? My 18th century game save suffers from the nearly constant rain. Washing clothes in a tub and hanging them out to dry, even when the temperature suggests it's hot, doesn't allow for the clothing to dry until at least 48 Sim hours has passed. Face/palm.
