  • The first number after SIMS3EP11 ( Into the Future ) is the digital timestamp for October 22, 2013. The North American release of ITF.

To me it sounds like "the simulation", a.k.a. TS3 is shutting down and a total collapse is about to happen.
"TSSTDO" is TheSimsStudio and they finished the work on TS3, so to speak. The Origin discounts have no effect.
In the Sims world, this results in a crash and the Meduso foresees OASIS DYSTOPIA which probably refers to Oasis Landing in its dystopian state. So the future for TS3 is a dystopia because the simulation stopped working correctly and the devs abandoned it. This supposedly happened on May 6, 2013 as the second digital timestamp suggests a "HARD CIVILIZATION KILL EVENT across the simsfs developmental area"
The Meduso is actually a robot from the Sims 3 timeline. He cancels all of his processes and objectives because he knows what is going to happen to his world ( the "cancel" passages could also refer to the development though, maybe the two are linked ). He even gets rid of his morality ( "format moral structures for MIDNIGHT EXIGENT" ) and leaves the Sims 3 world and all other Sims, because he doesn't want to die.
As we all know the Sims 4 world is a parallel dimension/alternate universe to the world of the first 3 Sims games.
And since he's in our Sims 4 world now, we know exactly where he went.
"Execute long hold for reactivation" means he's in a stasis, sleep mode so to speak.
The third number after SIMS3EP11 is the digital timestamp for October 23, 2013. That's one day after the North American release of Into The Future.
I'm assuming that's when the world and all the life in it finally collapsed.

If this is true, that's really dark. Then again, I love me some tragedy so I think this is pretty cool lore.

So that's what happened, the reality of TS3 collapsed.

Love this analysis of yours. Probably gives an excellent reason why Sims 3 crashes so often!
