I noticed that the walls have to be medium or tall to install barn doors, which means your house walls have to be the same height. Can't have a little house with short walls along with a medium or tall barn.
Can't control horses directly (like cats and dogs).
Household size is still 8.
ETA: Some new swatches will be added to bg floor/ceiling tiles.
I think the medium or tall is only if you want to ride your horse into the barn, and that horses can go through certain small height doors and arches, but I'm not positive.
