I think they already have access, lilsimsie was heavily implying she was playing it last week, then she said the embargo wouldn't be for a while.

Also a good way to guess who has access is look at which ones have stopped saying anything about the pack, the 'live' stream, etc. online as they can't say things once they've got full access.
