I think you mean if people want to play on PCs or Macs or on TVs they should have a choice? Yeah, I agree, just connect to which you prefer.
It’s a weird concept, and I’m not explaining it well, especially not technical wise, but I think the basic concept might be an okay alternative to trying to develop a game through updates over time, with each update having to be adjusted to each platform (like how it is now).
