I think these are digital picture frames.
I saw an empty frame in the live stream in that part where they showed off style influencer career and the drafting tablet.

I can see such thing in the upper screen. Something with black frames and gray empty canvas.
Such things existed in The Sims 3 Ambitions, where you could put paintings, drawings, and photos in the digital picture frames and make them swap the picture after some time (which you can set). These were awesome object that saved a lot of space if you wanted to show off a lot of photos.
