FernPark Starter is cute, I especially like the covered porch at the front.

Home is named "FernPark Starter | NC" as it is built on the Fern Park lot in Newcrest. It's a bungalow style home (without a dormer due to budgets) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (technically 3/4 bath with no shower), and sparsely decorated because it is rather large on a rather large lot (30x20). Plenty of room to grow in the home, however, so that is a plus (isn't it?). Cheap refrigerator, stove, television, but no uncomfortable furniture in the house. At least it has toilet paper!!
