Oh wow, it's been years since I experienced abductions. If it weren't for invites to alien nights at bars I would have forgotten they even exist. Back when it happened more frequently, especially to a point of annoyance, I just remedied it by getting a satellite dish (either legitimately obtaining it, or getting it through hidden objects) and planting it on my lot and keeping up with the abduction prevention function. For aesthetic purposes I would sometimes size it down and hide it inside trees or bushes.
